Agency Contact Rep, Maria Smith	Maria Smith is a licensed property and casualty agent and the newest member of the agency's team, having joined us in 2010. Maria is the agency's Customer Service Representative, supporting both our Agency Producers and taking excellent care of the agency's clients. She also attends college and is working towards her Bachelors Degree. She has been a great addition to the agency and is here to help our clients in any way possible.	Agency Manager, Carli Eckert	Carli is the newest addition to the agency, having just joined in August. Carli's expertise is in client relations and customer service. She has nearly 20 years experience in direct customer interaction and management. Carli is currently studying for her property and casualty license and will bring significant organizational and management experience to the agency and will play a vital role in its growth in the years to come.
Agency Principal, J. Austin (Jake) Ice	Jake Ice is a licensed property and casualty and life and health agent. He also holds Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses and is a registered representative of Farmers Financial Solutions, a broker dealer. Jake has been in the insurance industry for 22 years and has spent the vast majority of his career in operational roles, working for large insurance companies and their subsidiaries. While proficient in all matters insurance, Jake is most notably the local flood insurance expert, having spent 12 years with National Information Group and its flood mapping, insurance tracking and audit divisions, Pinnacle Data Corporation and Fastrac Systems, Inc. After a short stint in the dotbomb space, Jake started the Ice Insurance Agency in November of 2004. He serves as its Agency Principal shares a passion for doing the right things for the agency's clients. Jake is an instructor for new agents in Farmers District 25, is an avid golfer and motorcyle enthusiast and a 1st degree black belt in Songahm Taekwondo.	Agency Producer, Ambere St. Denis	Ambere St. Denis is a licensed property and casualty and life and health agent. Ambere joined the agency in 2008. She graduated from UCLA at the top of her class in 2000 and relocated to San Francisco in 2005. Based in the SoMa District of San Francisco, she works the Los Angeles and Bay Area markets. She is currently the President the BNI Financial District Chapter in San Francisco and routinely attends Chamber, GGBA, Business Alliance and HNW meetings throughout the Bay Area. Ambere specializes in Work Comp and business policies and is particularly savvy with hard to place risks.
Agency Producer, Yun Embly	Yun Embly is a licensed property and casualty and life and health agent. She is a native Korean who moved to the United States when she was 4 years old with her parents and three siblings. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters, Nicolette and Isabella. Yun joined the agency in 2009 and is an Agency Producer in the Sacramento office. Her passion is to help people. She fulfills her passion by teaching Sunday school, teaching group exercise classes, and educating individuals on their insurance needs. You can count on her to fulfill her promises beyond your expectations and have the peace of mind that your assets are properly covered. She has the expertise and knowledge to guide and instruct you to make sure you have peace of mind. needs.	Agency Zookeeper, Valerie Ice	Valerie has the most challenging job in the agency and is responsible for keeping the agency and its staff on task and on track. Ironically, her title belies her responsibility, which is to keep the agency from from becoming a zoo! Her passion for organization, prioritization and customer focus is just what the veterinarian ordered!
